Coverage Duration: 1 Year from the Date of Purchase

What is Covered:


This StandUprail Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, StandUprail will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What is Not Covered:


This warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, or any unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic damage, fading, scratches).
  • Use of the product in a manner other than intended (e.g., improper setup or use beyond its recommended function).

Warranty Period:


The StandUprail Warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:


To obtain warranty service, the customer must contact StandUprail to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required to validate the warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability:


StandUprail is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product. In no event shall the total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
